Your product working properly is important to us, and for this, we offer a 100% money back guarantee to protect you in the case of damaged or defective products upon verified delivery. If you receive a damaged item within your order, please immediately email us at customersupport@missfabulashes.com with your order number and picture of your defective/damaged items. This is vital for Miss Fabulashes to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible. Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 10 days from the day of delivery.


We will replace any defective items to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Products can only be returned if they are still in NEW condition and packaging. Used, used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible either.

Once the product is reviewed and confirmed damaged or defective by Miss Fabulashes, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
