Q. How do I care for my Miss Fabulashes?

Never wash or wet your lashes with water or liquids. Never roughly pull, tug, or stretch the lash strips. Do not apply mascara to your lashes so that they do not clump up or ruin their natural curl and wispy hairs. Make sure you remove the glue completely from the lash band after each use. REMEMBER, with care your lashes can be worn up to 25 times.  

Q. How do I apply my Miss Fabulashes?

You can begin by prepping your lashes by curling them with your Miss Fabulashes Curler, repeat this step 3 times or until you are satisfied with curl in your lashes. With your Miss Fabulashes applicator, gently grip the end edge of your lashes to remove them from the storage tray. Spread the lash strips and fit to your eye to gauge if it is too long and needs to be trimmed with your Miss Fabulashes Scissors (not while they’re near your face). If they are a little longer than the width of your eyelid, trim a little off the width. Remember, trim very little until your liking, if you trim a lot you cannot add it back. Now that you have the width that you need, still using your Miss Fabualshes applicator apply your favorite lash adhesive on the rim of the lash strip also known as the lash band from end to end. Let it dry for 30 to 35 seconds. During that 30 seconds, bend the strip to make the ends kiss, this will better distribute the adhesive onto the ends so they don't lift while you're wearing them. Place a mirror under your face nearly to a perpendicular angle and look down, your eyelid will extend, almost like you're closing your eyes, but you'll be better able to see exactly where to place the lash strip. Gently apply the lash strip right above your lash line. Adjust as needed and press into place.

Q. Does Miss Fabulashes come with lash adhesive?

Miss Fabulashes do not come with lash adhesive. You can use any temporary lash adhesive to apply your lashes.

In case delay, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward.

Q. Can I place an order without an account?

Setting up an account with Miss Fabulashes is beneficial to our customers for several reasons; however, it is not necessary for purchase. Please move forward with guest checkout.

Q. How can I find out about restocks?

You may send an inquiry via customer support and your inquiry will receive an answer within 48 hrs. If it is a sold out item, please be aware that we restock merchandise every three weeks.

Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?

Customers can cancel orders after 24 hours, even if the order has not shipped!

Q. How can I change my address after I placed an order?

You may email customer service at customersupport@missfabulashes.com

Address corrections require a $10.00 processing fee.

RETURNED TO SENDER

Q. What happens if my order is returned to sender? 

If your order is returned, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Miss Fabulashes is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Q. What forms of payment can I use?

Miss Fabulashes may be purchased using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and AfterPay & Shopify Payments (for orders of $35 - $1,000 USD). We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All Sales Are Final.

Q. How many items can I buy in one purchase?

There are no limitations on purchasing at this time.

All orders must be entered and processed in English.

At this time, all customs and duties fees are the customer’s liability and will be charged to you upon receipt of your international shipment.

Q. How much is shipping to my country?

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your purchase and your final destination address. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout your shipping cost will appear in your cart before you finalize your purchase.
